Hi, I’m Alexandra — Health Coach in Training.

I help busy professionals reduce stress, improve their wellbeing, and build sustainable healthy habits — even with demanding schedules.

My Story

For over 20 years, I have worked in a fast-paced international consulting firm — managing tight deadlines, global teams, and high expectations.

I know what it’s like to feel drained, overcommitted, and disconnected from your own wellbeing.

At one point, I realised that looking after my health wasn’t optional — it was essential.

That discovery transformed how I live and led me to train as a Health Coach, helping others make similar, life-changing shifts.
